Consumer Online Banking Upgrade

Story Financial Partners is excited to announce an upcoming enhancement to the Bank’s online banking platform that will provide you with an improved banking experience.

The upgrade will begin at 2:00 PM on Friday, March 20, 2026, at which time our online banking platform will be temporarily unavailable. The new system will go live on Monday, March 23, 2026, at 8:30 AM. The upgrade will take place over the weekend of March 20.

The Bank will have associates available during the weekend to support any account related questions or needs.  You can contact us directly at our Jackson, Mississippi, office by calling 601.709.7777 or 866.860.0007.  We will have associates available on Saturday, March 21st from 9 AM until 5 PM and on Sunday, March 22nd from 1 PM until 5 PM. 

Prior to Friday, March 20th, please schedule any necessary bill payment transactions and contact your preferred office if your contact information (phone, email, or mailing address) has recently changed.

Our goal is to make this transition as smooth as possible.  In the coming weeks, please keep an eye out for additional communication.  We will further outline the timing of our upgrade, as well as identify action steps for updating your passwords, mobile banking, and external transfers.
